Rudy’s going to be a mom! Cosby Show star Keshia Knight Pulliam confirms she’s pregnant with her first child… and it’s a girl.
She won the hearts of millions all over the world as the adorable Rudy Huxtable on The Cosby Show.
And at 37, Keshia Knight Pulliam has confirmed that she’s pregnant with her first child – and it’s a girl.
The actress, who’s married to former NFL linebacker Ed Hartwell, announced her happy baby news via Instagram on Sunday.

‘Surprise!!! We have a new addition coming soon,’ Keshia wrote alongside a selfie showing her holding a tiny cupcake with pink frosting.

The couple married on January 1 at their home in Georgia.

While this will be Keshia’s first child, her husband is already a father to son Ed Jr., nine, with ex-wife and The Real Housewives Of Atlanta alum Lisa Wu.
Ed, who was featured in the first two seasons of the Bravo show, and reality star Lisa split in 2011 after the football player filed for bankruptcy claiming he couldn’t pay off millions of dollars of debt.
In July 2014, thejasminebrand.com reported that his Chapter 11 bankruptcy was closed and $2 million of debt wiped clean.

Keshia found fame at the age of five after being cast in the long-running and at the time groundbreaking NBC sitcom.
In 1986, she became the youngest person ever to be nominated for an Emmy Award.
After The Cosby Show ended in 1992, she continued to find work as an actress, starring in films such as Beauty Shop and Madea Goes To Jail and TV’s Tyler Perry’s House Of Payne.
Back in April, Keshia spoke for the first time about her famous TV dad Cosby, who has had multiple allegations of rape made against him.
She explained: ‘I did work with him for a really long time, I love him dearly still, and that isn’t the man that I know.’
